Two utilities are owned by a player. Another player lands on chance and the chance card directs the player to pay ten times the role of the dice to the utilities owner. Is the player also obligated to pay “rent” for landing on the utility in addition to the payment indicated on the chance card?Rule states on the utilities card if one owned its 4x the roll if 2 owned its 10x.so if a chance card brings a player to the nearest utilities its states pay owner 10x the amount rolled. So do I get my original 10( for owning both) and now what the chance card says so another 10x ?
