Bluey: The Videogame from Outright Games, in partnership with Ludo Studios and BBB Studios, brings us the beloved TV show to PlayStation. In fact, this is the first time that the world of Bluey has made the jump into videogame form. You’ll be able to experience the world of six-year-old Bluey and her family, with her dad Bandit, her mom Chilli, and her younger sister Bingo, as you visit the Heeler House, the playgrounds, the creek, and even the beach!

We’re getting a brand-new four-part storyline in which we’ll get to join Bluey and Bingo during their school holidays. They’ll be working on creating a special sticker book that they’ll be able to use to record their latest adventures. As you meet the Heeler family, you’ll be exploring different locations as you unlock new stickers as well as costumes for each of the characters to wear.

Since this is an all-ages game, the controls are going to be easy to pick up. You’ll control your current character with the left analog stick, jumping with the X button and performing an action with the Square button. You can kick with the Circle button, which is also used for throwing an object if you’re carrying one. The Triangle button will open up the Games Wheel. What this does is give you access to the four different games that you’ll unlock after completing all of the episodes.

Bluey: The Videogame has a full trophy list with a Platinum trophy for you to work on. And since this is a Cross-Buy title, if you own a PlayStation 5 console, you’ll be able to download both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the game, with each one having its own trophy list. Each list will be split into 6 Bronze trophies, 8 Silver trophies, and 8 Gold trophies. Along with the trophies tied to progressing through the game and completing each of the four parts of the storyline, there are plenty of items for you to collect. You can find 18 toy stickers, 12 plant stickers, and 12 special collectibles in each of the five maps you’ll visit. You will also be working on unlocking all costumes, which will happen as you grab all the stickers.

Bluey: The Videogame brings us an all-ages take on the beloved TV show to PlayStation. You’ll be taking on a brand-new four-part storyline featuring the characters you know and love as you work your way through bite-sized adventures featuring the original cast as your favorite characters. You’ll then be able to revisit locations to search for collectibles or to play the mini-games you unlock along the way. It’s a short journey that you can complete in a couple of hours and then revisit to get the Platinum trophy. It’s a good option for families to play with their young ones since up to four players can play this one as Mum, Dad, Bluey, and Bingpo. Bluey: The Videogame is available as a Cross-Buy title, so your $39.99 purchase will allow you to download both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the game at no extra cost.
