The Last Faith has multiple sidequests to complete but not all of them are explained well enough. In this guide, we provide the locations and details of all the sidequests in the game.

Lady Helenya
One of the first sidequests in the Last faith is for Lady Helenya and it involves finding The Blessed Teacup. It is found in the Esk Mansion. Please follow the map below for the location.
Handing it over grants you the Restricted Key.
Lucyl
Lucyl can be found in the City of Mythringal in the location marked on the map below.
She will ask you to get the Water Well Flowers. They can be found in the City of Erlim in the location marked on the map below.
Lady Annika
Lady Annika can be found in the location marked on the map.
For this sidequest, you have to prepare for a dance. Talk to the Veiled Maiden at City of Erlim, marked on the map below.
The quest is completed when you go back and talk to Lady Annika.
Madelyne and Theodora
Madelyne can be found in the City of Elrim in the location marked on the map below.
Theodora can be found in the City of Mythringal in the location on the map below. After speaking to her, she will move to the Manor. You have to speak to her again to progress the quest.
After speaking to her again, she will give you the Beloved Toys. The next set of Beloved Toys can be found in the Ordens Regnant Palace. Check the location on the map below.
The next set of Beloved Toys are in the Liturgical Pass marked on the map below.
Handing them all over to Madelyne grants you a Demishade Ore. Talk to both Madelyne and Theodora back in the Manor to complete the quest.
Aldrich
Aldrich can be found in the City of Mythringal in the location on the map below.
After speaking to him here, speak to him again at the Manor. He will ask for the Tome of Oisak – which can be found in the Ordens Regnant Palace, marked on the map below.
He will reward you with a Cosmic Echo for handing the tome over.
Lady Dorothea
Lady Dorothea is found in the top floor of the Oxnevylle’s Manor.
She will ask for Dried Cold One Liver(s). The first one is found by defeating Edwyn the Shadowscourge Horror.
The second one is found in the Liturgical Pass, marked on the location below.
The third one is found in the location, marked on the map below. You have to fight the Cold One Beast for the drop.
For the fourth Liver, you have to fight The Old Wymond. You have to speak to him four times. The first meeting you can’t miss, it is at the beginning of the game at the starting of the City of Mythringal.
The second time at the location on the map below, in the City of Mythringal.
The third time is in the Drowned Crypt, as marked in the map below.
The fourth time in Telwynill Village, as marked on the map below.
After the 4th conversation, you can fight him in the location on the map below.
Hand all the Livers over to Lady Dorothea to complete the quest.
